Each April, Mercedes-Benz of Los Angeles joins the rest of the world in turning its attention to Augusta National Golf Club, where tradition, prestige, and performance converge at the Masters Tournament. Since 2008, Mercedes-Benz has proudly partnered with this iconic event, offering more than just luxury vehicles—it brings a seamless blend of sophistication and sport to the heart of professional golf. This year’s tournament resonates somewhat differently than in years past, however.

Driving the Experience at Augusta

As an official partner of the Masters, Mercedes-Benz plays a vital role in shaping the tournament experience. The brand provides exclusive mobility solutions throughout tournament week, ensuring that every ride, whether for players, guests, or brand ambassadors, reflects the same elegance and precision as the golf on display.

Beyond transportation, the partnership creates unforgettable moments for the brand’s most loyal global customers, who are invited to immerse themselves in the world of Mercedes-Benz through one-of-a-kind events and personalized experiences. Among these moments are Meet & Greets with brand ambassador and two-time Masters champion Bernhard Langer.

Celebrating Bernhard Langer: A Tribute in Tape

In 2024, Mercedes-Benz honored Langer’s extraordinary legacy with a unique artistic tribute. Using a Mercedes-Benz G-Class as her canvas, tape art artist Leah Abucayan created a stunning visual narrative of Langer’s illustrious career—spanning decades and triumphs, including his Masters victories in 1985 and 1993. The tribute recognizes Langer not just as a golfer, but as a global icon of excellence and perseverance.

One Final Round: Langer’s Return in 2025

Though an Achilles tendon injury prevented Langer from participating in the 2024 tournament, the 66-year-old German has announced his intent to compete once more in 2025—his 41st and final appearance at Augusta. Langer’s return reflects both his enduring skill and his desire to bid the tournament a fitting goodbye on his own terms.

“I would like to bid a fitting farewell to the Masters stage and enjoy the unique atmosphere as a player one last time,” Langer shared. With two Green Jackets and countless memories behind him, this will be a moment golf fans and Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts alike won’t want to miss.

A Partnership Rooted in Prestige

From bespoke vehicle displays to personal encounters with legends of the sport, the collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and the Masters represents more than sponsorship—it’s a shared celebration of excellence, heritage, and the pursuit of perfection. As we look ahead to the 2025 Masters, Mercedes-Benz stands ready once again to help write the next chapter of golf history—driven by tradition, powered by innovation, and inspired by legends.
