We had an excellent experience. The dealership is customer service oriented. We purchased a new GLS 450 with all the options that we wanted at an excellent price. Our salesperson was Raj Sood and Manager was Tony Mezeraani. They were all very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership managed to match my Credit Union loan rate. The whole process was smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a Mercedes.

Jaz, the internet manager, and his team were so helpful. We wanted a GLA model with a very specific configuration (color/driver assist etc) which he had to find. It took a few weeks during which time he kept in touch until he secured the right vehicle and had it shipped in from NorCal. It Took longer than promised. I was given a 3 hour estimate and it took over 5 hours. Otherwise everything else was satisfactory and good
