I met with Marlon, a service advisor and was told the complete job would cost the amount of the job but did not tell me I had to prepay for the service before the key was able to be ordered. Big Thank You to my service advisor Jerry Dilanchiyan, as well as parts Juan Galindo for outstanding vehicle and customer service. Recently had my C300 examined for brakes and tires. Jerry gave me tips on the brake system, informed me brake pads still great, but tires needed attention. Measured tire depth and agreed. Jerry helped negotiate a very affordable price for all 4 tires and alignment. Had the service done and now my MBZ glides on the road like new. Timo was so amazing and helpful throughout step A to Z during my car service. I inconveniently had a packed day in downtown, and he helped me catch Uber rides back and forth while my car was in service. I was able to comfortably attend the scheduled plans throughout the day. He not only helped me sign the papers extremely quickly, but also gave me advice on how I should attain my car at the end of the lease to see cash benefit depended on my current car condition. We bought a pre-owned car at MBZLA. The price was as-advertised without any of the ridiculous and deceptive add-ons we found at other dealerships. Iven Park was our sales representative and the service he provided throughout the process was impeccable. It was a simple, straightforward and pleasant process from beginning to end. It was completely worth the 45-minute trip downtown to deal with these folks. We even ended up trading in another car they made us a generous offer for. Five-star experience all the way!

I brought my car in for a battery. The service center was immaculate. Marlon gave the best service. I told him that I was waiting. Since this was my first visit to DTLA MBZ in a very long time, he escorted me to the waiting lounge and ensured that my car was serviced quickly. I was in/out in 1.5 hrs. Not bad for a large dealership. This will be my new service center.

Diego provided my husband and I with the best customer service ever! We had a flat yesterday evening and he was able to guide us and to make arrangements for us to ensure our vehicle is taken care of asap by the service team.
