I came in for B service on my now classic 2002 E 320 wagon. I mentioned to advisor Juan Kim that during a prior service someone mistakenly placed one of my all silver passenger side hubcaps with a silver hubcap bearing a black and silver Mercedes insignia. Juan Kim took care of everything- B service and hubcap. Downtown Mercedes, Juan Kim, Barry Murphy, and Evelyn continue to deliver top notch service!

Good dealer ship. Juan Galindo is very nice. The deal was processed quickly enough, they offered additional services, but we refused. There was no pressure from the employees with additional services. We had a pre-approved application from our bank, they checked everything quickly. They gave gifts for the purchase, keychains and a mug, which was very nice ☺️ .

Been to the service here many times and all they do is up-sale all the expensive service available at the highest price for something that can be done at lower cost elsewhere. Luckily I still had warranty but I went to another certified Mercedes Benz for same service they wanted to do and got it at a fraction of the price. All dealers for most Part charge the highest cost like hospitals for people who don’t have insurance it’s crazy.

After being turned away by MB Bev Hills to return my car at my lease-end (even though they initially said they would take my C300), I panicked and called MB of Los Angeles -- Edy Carcamo was super professional, kind, understanding, and really helped me out! He allowed me to return my car to their dealership no problem and he even had the paperwork ready to go by the time I arrived. Went in today to check out the E 300 with sport package. This was the first dealership I went to for this particular purchase. I took my car here for the first time and Evelyn was my service advisor. I was able to get in extremely quick and she was very kind helping me out. The repairs here do take some time if they have a long queue for diagnostics but they will let you know exactly how long it takes before hand so you Know what to expect.
