Mercedes-Benz of Los Ángeles offered me a great deal on a 2021 C 300 and their customer service was exceptional! I’ve recommended this dealership to a few family members and friends. My sales associate, Rafael was amazing. He provided superb customer services and he really delivered. I was given a deal over the phone and when I got to the dealership to sign the paperwork everything was the same. There weren’t any hidden fees, or changes. I am one satisfied customer. Great customer service from Frank. However why does Mercedes Benz charge $220’00 to check a taillight? The lightbulb is $78.00. Why is there a charge to check something so minor? My issue is NOT with Frank. It’s with DTLA Mercedes Benz

The place was busy but things went smoothly. There was nobody to really "check you in" but Mauricio was very professional. I think the waiting area needs a bit of facelift as it is still stuck in the 90s but other than that everything was great.
