I recently purchased a Mercedes-Benz G550 through this awesome dealership. I found the vehicle on MBUSA.com and submitted an inquiry. Fortunately, the vehicle was available, and we were able to arrange the deal over the phone and through text messages in just a couple of hours. I then scheduled the vehicle pickup, and my wife picked it up a few days later. I worked with a salesperson named Raffi, who was fantastic. He was generous enough to gift us four Mercedes-Benz branded T-shirts and an AMG travel duffle bag. During the closing process, the finance manager offered several useful options without any pressure. What made this deal especially remarkable is that they sold us the vehicle at MSRP, which is almost unheard of for a G550. Most dealerships charge a markup of $15,000–$20,000 over MSRP, so this was truly a great deal. Awesome professional, honest and fast service.

I was very shocked by the quality of the service. Never have I ever felt more taken care of. They even send a personal video of the multi-point inspection, which was crazy. The service advisor Emerson was top tier. Kept me updated and stuck to the timeline that he quoted. 100% for sure going back for all future needs

Let me start with the positives: my sales person, Manny, was extremely nice and very helpful. When I showed up I was a fairly easy sale because I knew exactly what I wanted since I saw it online. Overall, I love the car that I got! Negatives: the service after purchase is what leaves much to be desired. The car I purchased was a trade in and not a Mercedes, but one of the things Manny and I discussed was setting up a digital key for my vehicle. Unbeknownst to me (or Manny) a digital key cannot be set up without a second key fob which the dealership did not have. I called multiple times to speak with the manager, George, and left voicemails but unfortunately my calls were never returned. All I’m asking is they cover HALF the cost of getting a new key to unlock this feature that was presented to me during the sale. Overall my experience on site was amazing until I needed help after the fact. I don’t think I would purchase from this location again nor would I send others here unless they were getting only a brand new Mercedes from them. Nothing pre-owned.

I was in a real pinch. I was on my way to Las Vegas when a tire alert came on. I needed three new tires. MB replaced quick and got me on the road with very little delay. They saved the day.

My service advisor Frank Phillips was great from start to finish. I arrived at my appointment on time. I was the second car in line. Frank advised me to wait one second and he’ll be right with me. Frank checked me in and asked what was I here for? I told him my car says I need service B but I’m think I’m here for service A. Frank had me walk to his desk and look up the history of my vehicle. He stated that I was right I needed service A. He asked that I need a ride home. He provided me an Uber and requested my phone number arranged for a Uber pick me up once my service was done. I was impressed with the video you guys sent me of you guys checking under my car doing all the services that was great. I was really impressed with that. I love that update. Just picked up my brand new Mercedes-Benz and the whole experience was amazing! The dealership made everything smooth and stress-free. I still had an active lease on my previous vehicle with payments left, but they handled the entire trade-in process and paid off the remaining balance for me. Super happy with the service, professionalism, and the upgrade. The new GLC 300 is absolutely beautiful and drives perfectly.
