We were extremely happy with the service and experience at Mercedes Benz downtown Los Angeles but most importantly the sales person! Person who helped us through the whole car searching journey was Art ! He is awesome and would recommend his service 100% he was very helpful and calm which was very comforting for my husband and I. Impressed overall by this location! Christopher helped us locate the correct configuration GLC 300. When we got to the dealer to pickup the vehicle he was able to get us in and out in under 60 minutes! Car was already washed and finance papers were prepared in advance making this transaction a breeze.
