A Hypercar Built Like No Other

The Mercedes-AMG® is the first production vehicle to bring true Formula 1™ hybrid drive technology to the street. The chassis and body are composed almost entirely of carbon fiber, delivering extraordinary strength at feather-light weight. Aerodynamic elements adjust automatically to match the selected drive program and vehicle speed, including an extendable front splitter, active louvered vents, and a two-piece rear wing.

All systems work together through an advanced AMG®-engineered suspension architecture with push-rod dampers and adjustable ride height. This provides maximum grip and stability, whether at speed on the Ring or cruising city streets.

Track-Bred Powertrain Technology

At the core of the Mercedes-AMG® lies a hybrid power unit directly derived from the Mercedes-AMG® Petronas Formula One Team™ race car. The combustion component is a 1.6-liter V6 turbocharged engine that can spin up to 11,000 rpm, accompanied by four electric motors. Two drive the front wheels independently, one is integrated with the turbocharger, and the last is mounted directly on the crankshaft.

Together, they produce a staggering 1,049 net horsepower, managed through an AMG® Performance 4MATIC® all-wheel drive system and a seven-speed automated manual transmission. Energy recovery systems allow reusing kinetic and thermal energy, extending range and boosting performance while delivering instant torque response, explosive acceleration, hyper-intuitive handling, and undeniable engineering dominance.
